Nather is enthusiastic about contributing to the advancement of global player development through our Elite Academy centers in Calgary and Edmonton. He envisions a collaborative approach that involves deploying skilled coaches and partnering with member associations to establish elite pathways for our players. His thorough research supports the immense potential for our Academy to realize its vision, and he is excited about the unique opportunities that lie ahead.
As a candidate of Arsène Wenger's Team for the FIFA TDS coach for Academy centers, Nather aims to create an Academy that fosters a distinctive environment through innovative coaching methods. He is passionate about sharing his insights and scientific approaches with our coaching staff, particularly here in Calgary.
