ESSA&Q Program Overview
Purpose:
The ESSA&Q program is designed to elevate athletic performance by developing:
- Speed and agility
- Coordination and full-body strength
- Enhanced mobility and motor skills
- Sharper decision-making
- Increased stamina and conditioning

Session Times:
- Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Field-based Speed & Agility session)
Session Format:
Each session is 1 hour in length and runs within the designated time blocks listed above.
Rates:
- $42 per drop-in session
- $157.50 for 5 sessions
- $270 for 10 sessions
- $375 for 15 sessions

Soccer Elite Agency, an affiliate of Soccer Elite Academy and Superior Squad Sports Management, was established to facilitate elite soccer players in identifying opportunities to fully realize their potential as soccer athletes, both domestically and internationally.
The establishment of Soccer Elite Agency stemmed from the concern for numerous undiscovered soccer talents, particularly in Canada. It is our belief that Canada possesses the talent to become one of the premier nations in the world. However, the missing link has been the absence of a mechanism to connect our talent with suitable collegiate, semi-professional, or professional clubs once their potential has been honed. We are confident that Soccer Elite Agency will serve as this crucial missing link.
LTPD - Long Term Player Development
We follow the Canada Soccer Pathway that provides a road map for players of all ages and aspirations who want to play soccer at the recreational, competitive or high performance EXCEL levels, with the aim of encouraging lifelong participation. The Pathway is built around the principles of Long-Term Player Development (LTPD).

Our SEA (Soccer Elite Academy) Players aren't just members of a Soccer academy, they are members of our family. We give every player full attention. In the off-season, we work on speed, athleticism, agility, stamina, endurance and strength. On top of all that, technical and tactical training enhance our young athletes at each training session. Our academy is open to Calgary and the surrounding area, Red Deer, Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park and surrounding cities.
